- Shall meet a valid CIDA grade as indicated in the above table.
03. A completed set of Revised Bidding Documents in English Language can be purchased till 30.07.2019. The interested bidder can download the Bidding Documents from the University Website i.e. www.seu.ac.lk. Those who are obtaining bidding documents from the University Website should submit the completed documents along with a Bank Draft drawn in favour of the "Bursar, South Eastern University of Sri Lanka" for Rs. 5000/- as non-refundable fee or to the shroff. The documents can be purchased up to 30.07.2019.
04. The interested bidder shall participate for the Mandatory Pre Bid Meeting to be held on 09.30 a.m., 24th July 2019 at the Boardroom, First Floor, Administrative Building. The bidder who has already participated for the Pre Bid Meeting held on 9.30 a.m., 12th June 2019 do not require to attend the pre bid meeting to be held on 24th July 2019.
05. The closing date of bid submission shall be extended till 2.30 p.m., 31.07.2019. All bids must be accompanied by bid security as stated in paragraph 01 above. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at 2.30 p.m. on 31.07.2019, at The Board Room, First Floor, Administrative Building, South Eastern University of Sri Lanka, University Park, Oluvil # 32360. Late bids will be rejected.
06. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Deputy Bursar, South Eastern University of Sri Lanka, University Park, Oluvil # 32360 and inspect the bidding documents at the same address on any working day from 9.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. (Contact number : 067 22 55 178).
