South Eastern Regional Library & Information Network (SERLIN) - Sri Lanka
SEUSL libraries have extended their community outreach services to the libraries across Ampara district by establishing a Library & Information Network under the umbrella of SEUSL libraries. SEUSL libraries function as the focal point and college, school and public libraries are the nodes/ members in the network. The vision of this network is bringing all libraries exist in Ampara district to a common platform, and the mission is empowering the libraries, enhance library systems, services and promoting reading among the students and general public
