
First International Conference on
We invite researchers, professionals, and students around the globe to submit original work for presentation at the International Conference on AI and Data Science 2025 hosted by SLAAS-Eastern Chapter. This event brings together innovators from academia and industry to share innovative ideas and explore the advanced developments and applications in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. Prospective authors are invited to submit their full papers as a single PDF (Full papers: 12-15+ Pages) with the LNCS Guidelines , following LNCS format through Microsoft CMT.
Accepted papers will be published in Springer’s Computer Science Proceedings (e.g., LNCS, LNBIP, CCIS), subject to meeting Springer’s quality and formatting requirements. Authors should use the official Springer LaTeX or Word template. Templates and formatting instructions are available on Springer’s website: https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines The paper should be 6 -15 pages in length. Papers shorter than 4 pages may be placed in the back matter and will not be individually indexed.
Do not add page numbers or running heads. Figures must be legible and preferably in vector format. Equations and tables must be editable. References must follow numbered citation style ([1], [2-4]) with DOIs wherever applicable. All non-text content (figures, tables) must include alternative text to ensure accessibility.
For the submission, include all authors' names, affiliations, email addresses, and ORCID IDs. The corresponding author must be indicated. All paper submissions should be made through Microsoft CMT. If using CMT for the first time, create an account with your official email address. Select the most appropriate track, and submit the manuscript in PDF format, accompanied by all source files (LaTeX or Word). Ensure the submitted version is the final version. Content changes will not be allowed after acceptance. Authors may be contacted to provide or verify alternative text for images during proofing. The corresponding author will receive the final PDF for proofing. Only typesetting errors will be corrected at this stage. Authors are encouraged to seek ethical clearance or organizational approval for their content, if required. Follow Springer’s policies on ethics and responsible use of AI tools (e.g., for grammar assistance or formatting, not content generation), and use of AI tools should be declared. A signed license-to-publish agreement is required before publication. No changes to authorship are allowed after submission.
The Conference Proceedings are planned to be published with Springer in their Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series (Approval Pending)
