Keynotes and Technical Sessions will be held on 15^th November 2022 and the Program will be updated here.

• All registrations are Online through the website only. Please click the << Register Now >> link on the right for registering.
• Authors are encouraged to register before the deadline through the given portal. On-site registration is not available.
• If you are representing an institute, please use your institutional e-mail address for registering.
• At least one author should register and pay the publication fee.
• All other participants including co-authors who wish to obtain the proceeding book and other privileges should register separately.
• Please note that ONE author registration (i.e. Publication fee) will cover only ONE paper.

Registration fee:

• Other university staffs and External participant: LKR 4000.00 per participant.
• Undergraduates (SEUSL): LKR 1200.00 per participant.
• Undergraduates (Other than SEUSL): LKR 2000.00 per participant.

• A printed copy of the Session program
• A copy of the printed proceedings
• Symposium Kit
• Certificate
• Lunch Refreshments

Payment Info

• Payment can be made by depositing cash or sending a Bank Draft.
• Payment should be made to the following Account Number in favor of "South Eastern University of Sri Lanka"
• Account No: 064-1-001-7-0000025, Peoples' Bank, Sammanthurai.
• A clear photo of the deposit slip must be attached during online registration.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• If it’s necessary for the author(s) to withdraw or change a paper under any circumstances, ASRS policy dictates that the request to do this must come directly from the author(s) and not from any third party.
• The author(s) will be held liable for all costs that are incurred. It would then be up to the author(s) to get reimbursed for the expense from any third party if he/she believes it is justified.
