Shaping management, technology, finance, and human capital for the next decade — hosted by the Faculty of Management and Commerce, South Eastern University of Sri Lanka.
Now in its fifteenth year, AIRC brings together academics, researchers, postgraduate students, and industry practitioners to examine how emerging technologies are reshaping management practice, financial systems, business processes, and the future of work.
Across a full day of technical sessions, keynote dialogue, and cross-disciplinary exchange, the conference builds on a well-established track record of scholarly output — extended abstracts published with an assigned ISBN, and selected full papers carried forward into the Faculty's own family of academic journals.
Submissions are welcomed across the following seven tracks. Cross-disciplinary and emerging-topic submissions that speak to the conference theme are equally encouraged.
