Kindly Note that:


  • E-certificates will be issued for non-participating (Interntional) co-authors

  • A 50% fee waiver will be given to the paper presenters who Submit more than one paper as the main author.

  • Participants will be given only the certificate of participation and Meals

  • For international presenters, transport will be provided from Colombo - Airport to Oluvil and from Oluvil to Colombo Airport.

  • Accommodation will not be provided for the presenters.


Method of Payment:

The entire registration fee shall be paid to account No. 064-1001-6000-0950 at the People's Bank, Sammanthurai, Sri Lanka in favor of "Bursar, South Eastern University of Sri Lanka".

Note: The copy of paying slip along with the registration form should be emailed or posted to the coordinator to effect the registration.
