The Faculty of Islamic Studies and Arabic Language of South Eastern University of Sri Lanka have set itself to become a centre for integration and research in the field of Islamic and Arabic Studies. With this in mind, the 4^th International Symposium of the faculty, with the theme 'Contemporary Issues in Islamic and Arabic Studies: The Way Forward', will concentrate on many areas of interest in the field of Islamic and Arabic Studies.
